Hello to all! I'm Kelly and the proud owner of a 4 month old Boxer puppy (Hokie) that we got at 4 weeks. Ok, he was a birthday gift to my son, but since he is with me all day, I kind of adopted him! Anyways, he is the best dog! and I could not ask for more from him and will recommend the breed to all! Now a question, he just had his ears cropped and I was wondering... how long till they stand up? He came from the vet with just stitches and no taping, they said that they will remove the stitches in 2 wks and then tape. But, I keep hearing different comments about this, so I thought I would ask a group. Please, if you know anything, pass it on!

I used to raise Dobermans...we'd have these wire helmets that the ears were taped to ...
I don't think the ears will stand up without taping and a rack. Personally, I love floppy ears...but
each to their own. Maybe Boxers' ears and the process is different.
